Manufactured by S.P.A. (a FIAT subsidiary), this light artillery tractor was an open-sided 4x4 with four-wheel steering and independant suspension all round.   Introduced in 1937, the original series was fitted with solid tyres and saw action in the desert, Tunisia and Sicily.   Photos show them struggling through the mud with the Italian forces in Russia.
